ORDER TRACKING
- Order Placed
- Paid
- Stock Availability: we will check the stock availability of the order, if something is out of stock, we will contact you and refund
- Shipping Operations: means already packaging, you will get a track mail, the order can't be canceled or chaged when it is in this status
- Shipping Completed: about 1~5 weeks (without pre-order merchandise)
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY NOTICE
Due to current limitations with our logistics partners, we are temporarily only able to ship orders directly to the following regions:
Canada, United States, Australia, Brazil, Belarus, Russia, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan Region, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Singapore, Vietnam.
For customers outside the listed regions:
If your location is not listed above, please contact our customer service team at en-a-works@outlook.com before placing an order. We will make every effort to explore alternative shipping solutions for you.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
SALES
- Please check your order before pay it. The order payment is completed means that the order content has been confirmed, please avoid canceling or changing after payment is completed.
- EN-A-WORKS don't guarantee that the parcels will pass customs, please check your local customs policy before order. If your parcel is seized, fined, taxed or even destroyed by your local customs after it has been sent, EN-A-WORKS will not provide any advice or assistance, orders will not be refunded. If you don't accept this policy, please don't order.
- The merchandise in the store is usually well stocked. However, we don't rule out the order will be out of stock, we will email and refund you.
- In the following cases, we will inform you of the processing method and processing period by email, please reply within the period and cooperate with the processing. If you reply after the deadline, the order will be cancelled by default, and no refund will be made in any special circumstances, please pay more attention to the mailbox.
- Parcel uncollected, delivery failed, and the Post Office can't contact you
- Customs rejects parcel and they can't contact you
- Parcels returned for unknown reasons by customs or Post Office
CUSTOMS, TAX, and DUTY FEES
International parcels may have additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by your local customs. These additional fees can be applied by customs agents after reviewing the items in the parcel. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for any additional fees. Please contact your local customs for more information on how customs fees work. EN-A-WORKS is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or by the shipping company.
AFTER SALES
- All the official merchandise is not supported after-sales, EN-A-WORKS will ensure that all the official merchandise is in good condition before packing.
- The following situations support the after-sales of goods, please message us by e-mail, we'll handle it soon.
- Seriously damaged merchandise
- Missing parcel contents
- If you receive the parcel and find that the contents have the above mentioned problems, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the date of receipt, please mark your order number in the email, describe your problem and attach photos.
